I have seen a piece of Art I would like to buy, what do I do
now?
A.
Most of my pieces of Art are available to buy instantly, safely and
securely with Paypal.
You can pay by Debit, Credit Card, Bank Account or with a Paypal Account.
Or alternatively e-mail me on info@craigdalyart.com
with the details of the piece, and include your postage details.
I will then contact you to confirm your order.
Q.
I would like to commission a piece of Art / pet portrait, how
do I do it?
A.
E-mail me with your contact details and any details of the idea or
picture you have for your commission.
I will then contact you to discuss further what you would like. For
a pet portrait; all I are ideally 2 or 3 photographs of your pet, these
can be emailed or posted to me. I will then give you a quote based on what
you would like.

How much will my commissioned my piece of Art / pet portrait
cost?
A.
Painted Artwork prices vary greatly, it depends on the size, detail
and the time taken, as well as framing.
Drawings and pet portraits vary depending on size and complexity. Contact
me and I will quote a price for you before you have to commit to
anything.
Q.
Will the painting be framed?
A.
If it is already completed and states it is framed, then yes! If it
does not state it is framed on the website then no, unless you request it
to be!
If
you are commissioning a piece you can choose whether you want it to be
framed; there will be be an extra charge for framing.

How do I pay?
A.
Payments can be made using Paypal,
safely and securely. Just
contact me and I will send you instructions
Alternatively payments can be made by cheque: cheques will need to
clear before I can dispatch the Artwork.
Q.
Does the price include postage?
A.
Items are sent by Royal Mail. There is
currently a £5.95 postage charge for secure Recorded delivery for UK
customers. Recorded delivery
is used to ensure guaranteed delivery.
Worldwide shipping is available - please enquire by email for quotation.
Q.
How is the Artwork packaged?
A.
All my artwork is sent securely packed and protected to ensure
no damage during transit.
If
in the unlikely event that a painting is received in a damaged state
please contact me as soon as possible.
Q.
What if I’m not happy with my piece of Art?
A.
In
the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to
return your piece of Art, please contact me via email as soon as possible
and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The buyer must pay for
the return delivery, packaging and must insure the item during transit as
refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition
for re-sale - if possible re-use packaging or re-package to a suitable
standard for transit.

How long does it take to receive my painting?
A.
This will depend on whether the painting is a finished piece or a
commission. A finished piece
will usually take a maximum of 10 working days (depending on your
location) once the payment has cleared. A commissioned piece will
depend on the time of order, size, medium and complexity.
I will give you an estimate when I contact you to discuss what you
require.
